I have no idea why this song popped into my head. There’s a few things I didn’t realize about this song. I didn’t realize that the Guess Who were Canadian, and that it’s not really an Anti-American song so much as it is Pro-Canadian women. It’s also apparently somehow and anti-war tune. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Last time I heard it: It’s been ages. Really not sure. I feel like I maybe heard the Lenny Kravitz version from Austin Powers at some point on the radio or at a restaurant or store and that’s where the seed came from.

Author’s note: I’ve been a bit busy so haven’t been posting consistently. I’ve been keeping track of what songs I’m waking up to though, so I’ll be posting this along with the next few days of tunes as well.
