I can’t say I know Pond very well, but this song popped up on a Tame Impala radio station or thread about “if you like Tame Impala check out these bands” kinda deal somewhere. Don’t really remember where I heard it but, I liked this song to give it a thumbs up and now I hear it once a month or so.

It’s decent psychedelic with a sort of glam-y twist to it. Pretty interesting, but it hasn’t piqued my interest enough to dive into the rest of the bands catalog. I’ve read good things about their most recent album The Weather so maybe I’ll give that a listen soon. Interesting trivia: Kevin Parker, the lead singer and songwriter for Tame Impala is a former member of Pond, and still works with them as their record producer.
